Delete Your Ride Ready Account

There are two ways to delete your account. Both work. Pick whichever is easier.

Option 1: In the app (fastest)

1. Open Ride Ready
2. Tap Account
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm. Your data is removed immediately.

Option 2: Submit a request here

Enter your account email below. You'll get a confirmation email within 30 days once it's done.

Request Deletion

What we delete

• Profile (name, email, sign-in identity)
• Ride logs and history
• Day plans and saved plans
• Alerts and notification subscriptions
• Favorites and avoid list
• Park check-in history
• Push notification tokens

What we keep

• Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot be tied to you
• Records required by law (currently none)

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel through whichever store you subscribed through:

• Google Play: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
• App Store: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
