The short version
Battle at the Ministry at Epic Universe runs a fully indoor queue with 11 themed sections. From the Outdoor Overflow you have 130+ minutes. The Map Room means ~65 minutes. Umbridge's Office is ~12 minutes from boarding. Peak waits hit 180 to 210 minutes from 11 AM to 2 PM. Express Pass (added August 2025) bypasses most of the interior queue.
⚠️ Expect Delays: This ride experiences frequent technical stops. Posted wait times often include a buffer for breakdowns.

The grand entrance hall lined with 80,000+ subway tiles. (The entire Ministry features over 125,000 tiles!) Spot the wizarding service ads (Owl Post) and Paris Métro styling.
The "Panic Point." Look up at the Enchanted Weather Ceiling. This massive room is a "people eater" with hidden switchbacks that make lines look shorter than they are.
A series of numbered wooden booths. During the trial, this area is eerily quiet and abandoned.

Purple tiles line the walls. Animated portraits and busts of past Ministers for Magic, spanning the 1700s to the 1980s.
Watch for the Magical Cleaning Machine with arms that actively sweep papers. Look for gravity-defying cup stacks and "Muggle-Born Registration" forms.
Rows of metal lockers and cages where Aurors store gear. Look for Harry, Ron, and Neville's lockers, plus the Auror training chalkboard listing "Hex Evasion" and other classes.
The Department of Magical Law Enforcement bullpen. Offices, desks, and flying memo airplanes. On the walls, a Fallen Auror Memorial with portraits of those killed in action. Look for "Mad-Eye" Moody, Tonks, and the Longbottoms.
The last themed room. Highly detailed pink office. Look for the house-elf Higgledy perched on a cabinet, packing up Umbridge's belongings.
A short staircase up and over the ride track to the Lift Station boarding area. You're almost on.
