Fright Fest presented by Snickers runs select Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights from September 12 through November 1, 2026, and this year's lineup is 13 haunted experiences deep, 5 of them brand new. The returning headliners are two licensed mazes, The Conjuring Universe and SAW: Legacy of Terror, plus two new original mazes and a new scare zone or two thrown in. Here's the full rundown, including the part a lot of guides skip: which pieces your ticket already covers, and which ones cost extra.
Last checked August 18, 2026, against Six Flags Over Georgia's official event pages. Prices are online prices before a processing fee of up to $9.99 and tax.
Five mazes are on the Haunted Attractions Pass this year, two of them brand new:
Five scare zones roam the park after dark, two of them new: Dreadwell Brothers Carnival of Curiosities (deranged carnies working an abandoned midway) and Nevermore (a fog-choked realm of towering raven-like creatures), alongside returning zones Disciples of the Beast, Rockville's Festival of Fright, and The Rotted Ones.
Three live shows are included too. The Mare is new for 2026, built around a "Nightmare" character leading a crew of break-dancing zombies. The returning shows are Dr. Fright's Deadman's Party and The Awakening.
Costume contests, character meet-and-greets, trick-or-treating, and family activities during daylight hours, before the park switches over for the night. All-ages, no scares, included with admission.
Five mazes, five scare zones, and three shows aimed at 13 and up. The park's coasters keep running after dark the whole night.
These were the online prices on Six Flags Over Georgia's official Fright Fest page as of August 18, 2026. Everything is before a processing fee of up to $9.99 and tax, and the site doesn't post a separate single-night, maze-only price, so the Bundle is the way most people buy one night's worth of everything.

Fright Fest just got announced days before this was written, so there's no 2026 crowd read yet for this specific event. The general pattern across Six Flags parks is that opening weekend and the final weekend before Halloween pull the biggest nighttime crowds, though that's a chain-wide tendency and not something confirmed for this park specifically. Six Flags Over Georgia has been running some version of Fright Fest since 1987, so the operation itself is well practiced even in a year without a crowd history to point to.
The park runs its regular ride lineup during the day on Fright Fest dates, so check the crowd calendar for the daytime picture before you commit to a date.
Regular park admission and season passes get you into the park, the scare zones, the live shows, and after-dark rides. The 5 haunted mazes are separate: you need a Haunted Attractions Pass or the Fright Fest Bundle, which combines single-night admission with maze access starting at $69.
Six Flags Over Georgia says Fright Fest isn't recommended for children under 13. The daytime event, Tricks & Treats, is the family-friendly option: costume contests, trick-or-treating, and kid activities with zero scares.
Tricks & Treats runs Saturdays and Sundays, September 12 through November 1, included with regular admission. It's costume contests, character meet-and-greets, trick-or-treating, and family activities before the park switches over to Fright Fest at night.
Five new haunted experiences: the mazes Finklestein's House of Fun and Infestation, the scare zones Dreadwell Brothers Carnival of Curiosities and Nevermore, and the live show The Mare. That's on top of returning favorites like The Conjuring Universe and SAW: Legacy of Terror.
September 12, 2026, running select Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights through November 1 (about 22 nights total). Exact gate times for each night aren't posted yet, so check the official calendar before you plan around it.
It's the park's standing rule, not something specific to Fright Fest: guests 15 and under need a chaperone who's 21 or older starting at 4 p.m. daily. One chaperone can cover up to 10 minors, and everyone needs photo ID.
Your Fright Fest night includes Goliath and Twisted Cyclone running in the dark. The app tracks Six Flags Over Georgia's ride waits live, so you can time your coaster laps between mazes instead of guessing. Get it on the App Store before you go.
