Test Track is the second stop after Guardians. Take it right after, before the morning crowd works its way around World Discovery.
Norway Pavilion

Frozen Ever After sits in Norway, a long walk from the front of the park. It's shortest in Early Entry (about 25 this fall); after that it posts about 45 at the open and in the last hour, so if it's your must-do, ride it right after Guardians and Test Track or on your way out, not mid-afternoon.
France Pavilion

Remy's is the other World Showcase line worth planning around. Like Frozen, it's shortest early and only eases a little in the final hour, so ride whichever of the two you care about most right after Test Track instead of saving it for the evening.
World Nature

Soarin' opens short, climbs into the 30s by late morning and holds there through the afternoon before easing in the evening. Ride it in the first hour before the line finds its legs.

It stays short most of the day, with a small bump in the late morning before it settles back down by early afternoon. Ride it at rope drop or any time after 5pm and you'll barely wait.
